OPSdesign Consulting is an independent supply chain logistics consulting organization specializing in the design of warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment operations. Their unique business model serves some of the larges brands on the planet with warehouse and supply chain efficiency programs. Their President-CEO Larry Shemesh has a very specific vision for the company and strives to disrupt the warehouse and logistics industry with new and innovative systems. Prior to engaging VisionLine for a Website redesign, OPSdesign Consulting utilized our SEM services for a period of 6 month. During that time we instituted a better cost per conversion and faster “speed to lead” program for them. After earning their trust with our SEM programs, the company turned to us to create a NEW, more search optimized Website. The new site is extremely content-driven and replaces a very old, image-driven website that was essentially “all show and no go” as it relates to search engine optimization.
